Introduction

Essex warehouse landlord, Mr.H, had a 200,000 sq ft warehouse that reached the end of its lease with the previous tenants. With new tenants lined up to move into the site with a lease starting 2 weeks after that, the landlord needed to set up the necessary additions for the new tenants.
